Pros

Great pay and benefits. Employee appreciation. Wonderful options for career advancement and professional development. Extensive nurse residency program for new graduate nurses.

Cons

Some units are awfully managed — not an NYU specific issue, just unit specific. Would love to transfer into another part of the system. Scheduling is quite difficult, I feel like I have no work life balance some weeks.
