Overworked, underpaid, unappreciated and terrible

Many fellow drivers are friendly and helpful Licences & training paid for, Double Decker were an absolute joy to drive

Dealing with the public is noticeably more dangerous. Very common to get abused by passengers and other road users. Management at the time created a toxic work environment with fear of disciplinary action always looming should a misstep take place. Their actions made it very clear that you were a number and very replaceable.
