      Pros

      The product and service are amazing and you know that you're changing people's lives through the Naborforce service

      Cons

      Management is not receptive to feedback and makes every decision, micromanagement is rampant, and the work environment is not conducive to growth, learning, or development. I couldn't in good conscience recommend a friend to work here.

      The opportunity to help others is significant and hearing stories everyday is amazing!

      Pros

      Making an elderly non-driver happy by being there for them for transport to doctor, grocery, etc. & assisting them to & from and providing companionship in all possible ways.

      Cons

      Low pay. No mileage reimbursement to/from visit. Low mileage reimbursement rate below government rate. High cost to client. No one to contact at company for issues arriving during visit.
