Pros
I came to NacSpace a year ago, I didn't know what to expect but it has shown to be innovative and dynamic with how it handles growth in the IT market. They aren't afraid to spend on training or equipment to help the teams achieve their goals. I love the environment they foster here to help develop new employees during onboarding
Cons
The systems can be a little challenging at first, beyond the standard Office fare the inhouse systems for order/dispatch are all built in house, they have a pretty steep learning curve. I'll admit I was pretty overwhelmed at first, but if you stick with it you can learn them pretty fast, and there's always someone there to lend advice on a way to learn the systems faster.
