Pros
The work itself is fun, and it has good hours. The pay is decent after the recent pay bump. It is a good position to gain experience and move out of.
Cons
The service department runs perpetually understaffed and takes on more jobs than they can handle. It's not too many hours, but too much out of town travel. Middle management is virtually transparent, many are yes men and let all problems fall down to the hourly workers.
