Facility doesn’t have onsite IT - two weeks without a computer was the eye opener that I had made the wrong decision. Training was terrible as a result of not having a computer and clearly being understaffed. Terrible environment you can hear upper management yelling at one another and it’s apparently acceptable to be rude to everyone at all times - zero professionalism In my first week they laid off a handful of people and didn’t say anything

Learning new skills, meeting some amazing people especially the marketing time. CEO, legal team and marketing are the only good people in the company and truly care about the company as well as the employees.

Cons

Terrible pay, no respect for the employees at all. Your always being talked down to, disrespected, and treated poor from people you never met through emails. Your intelligence is questioned as well will as your work capabilities to do everything but the job you were hired for. And God forbid you don't have a degree in something. They will talk at you and not to you.
