Gaslighting management who pretend that they are on your side when in fact they are whispering sweet nothings in your ears... If you like the idea of 37 hours a week but in fact need to work around 45-50 hours a week to hit the unrealistic targets which they create, then look not further. It's not uncommon for management to promise the likes of 'shares' or 'bonuses' to employees as an incentive to work longer and harder hours, - for them only to reject these comments and pretend as though the conversation never happened. Promotions within NanoSUN are based around personal beliefs and if the face fits, don't think that the best person for the job will be in that position. NanoSUN also like to waste the time of other businesses and sell a dream of which they are totally incapable of delivering.
