      Pros

      Good people, great co-workers, the projects are interesting.

      Cons

      Poor leadership skills in management. They are only interested in making money and not the health/happiness of the people who work for them. Left during a large layoff from poor management decisions.

      No established HR Department. Flat structure, not much room for growth.

      Great Benefits Amazing time off (and the expectation that you should take it) Opportunity to travel and make friends from other countries Transparent Communication

      Cons

      Not clear how to move forward, or if there are even any roles to move into. Lack of females in management. Low salaries (though benefits make up for it some) We were aquired by Making Waves
