Pros
comfortable working environment, in fact too comfortable, great factory set up for a budding furniture designer if you are ambitious enough to make use of it. state of the art machines and factory. good work life balance if you are a woman (maybe a con for you) Mr. Narsi is a nice man but design team management is poor.
Cons
poor company culture and bias towards women. if you are a man, expected to work late hours and when boss is present in office. various biases shown towards employees. salary wise no increments or any other benefits like insurance, EPF, etc like other company. really bad HR team ! to get a payslip we need to give reason as to why and have as many calls with the HR.
