Pros
Working there is like working for the government. You punch in, punch out, collect your paycheck. You don't need to do anything spectacular, just be "average" and you'll have a job for life. For me there was no challenge, no chance for growth and nothing was going to change anytime soon. The long time managers do all the thinking.
Cons
No room for promotion. Management are dinosaurs compared to their peers in the industry. If you have a strong resume, they may not hire you, period. They do not want to be threatened by talented people who leadership may view as stronger. If you have a strong skill set with a solid education, look elsewhere. There is so much competition in the area. I was an average candidate at best and got in the door. I watched others with much more experience and education than I get run off by incompetent managers.
