      I can't think of anything!

      Cons

      C levels and CEO are a joke. Don't you dare have any of your own ideas, because they will feel threatened and walk you out the door with no explanation. People quit every few days, it's really sad.

      NASCENT has come a long way in three years. Great place to work, awesome staff and leadership. The vision is clear and proud to be a part of an amazing company.

      Every company has its ups and downs. With the team and leadership, we are able to get through whatever comes our way.

      Tight department (coworkers) Work on various issues from software to hardware and IoT

      Cons

      VERY poor leadership. VERY secretive and opaque. Management was disingenuous and dishonest during transition from Nascent to Lynxis
