Community, leadership is great, wonderful place to work to help serve others.

I do not have any "cons" about Nash County.

The health benefits are great.

Bullying, micromanaging from all departments. no team work environment, heavy workloads, no leadership. Absolutely no work life balance. The caseworkers have a hygiene issue.
