Pros
Good benefits, good annual leave allowance, as a whole they look after you well. Freedom to work independently and manage your own workload.
Cons
- Unfortunately as a PLC, I feel that like the majority of other medium/large MSPs, what the company does is more to please the shareholder than focus on the happiness of its employees. - Delays with replacing staff who have left. - Workload at times quite rediculous.
