      I have been working with Nath Healthcare for the past two years, and it has been a great experience. The company offers an excellent work culture, tremendous learning and growth opportunities, supportive leadership, and a healthy work-life balance with a 5-day work week. Salaries are always credited on time, making it a reliable and rewarding place to work.

      just getting salary that too day is not fixed

      Cons

      Salary does not come on a fixed date, Management is unsupportive, HR department is worst. they do politics and spread rumours and gossips about private life of senior employees. leaves are not approved. If you take leave you will not get appraisal. Office gates are closed once you enter everyday and you cannot leave office building. you are not allowed to go out. Admin does not assist in cabs or finding accommodation. Hr and admin are doing groupism in office.

      Cons

      It is a Lala company, no leaves and salary deducted for no reason. No work life balance, no WFM option and flexibility. HR is involved in politics and pleasing CEO. Have to work extra hours. Employees treated like school kids
