Should be more honest and upfront about the pay rate and job description. Don’t posted hiring for selector position with 24 dollars a hr then tell your new employees that it’s 16.75 dollars and wrapping pallets non stop for 12 to 14 hrs straight. Hard labor job with 16.75 dollars a hr. Most of the supervisors and managers don’t even care about the employees. Good luck ask any of them for work supplies or helps. Only one supervisor is a decent person. The rest are full of crab wanna be alpha type males lol.
