1yI am sorry that your experience was not pleasant with NDCP. Ensuring employees a great experience is a part of our company culture. Our managers and employees are trained on our "Culture of Accountability". Unfortunately, there are times where the business needs may require us to work longer hours than expected but employees are able to balance this when the needs are not as demanding. Again, I apologize that your experience was not what we would have desired for you but wish you the best in your future endeavors.
