Very poor management and culture!!! - Truck Driver National DCP Employee Review

Dealing with the poorly trained, misinformed, lazy supervisors is the worse. None of the supervisors can perform the work they expect you to do. They watch the cameras in the truck to see what you are doing all day. They’ll cut your hours down to a minimum to the point you can’t pay bills if you don’t fall in line. They make the drivers audit pallets and milk before the route dispatches so if something’s missing it’s the drivers fault. Right now they claim their having budget problems so everyone except cdl drivers hours are getting cut to poverty level wages. Very high turnover rate because all the supervisors do is sit back and micromanage drivers all day. They need to get rid of Carmen. Seniority isn’t respected either at dcp, you’re just another employee.
