Good for reference, but poor toward employees - Program Assistant National Democratic Institute Employee Review

Poor salaries toward junior employees. Lack of information during distribution of tasks. Information are kept within senior management that are paid well more than junior still cannot perform that well without junior, so practically they keep them as figures on paper without any clear intentions of progress. The managers often have too high oppinion of themselfes and their performanses. A lot of youth that I have met have not stayed that much long. All those who very of quality workers went on to better positions.
