Favoritism exists in this company but it's more blunt than normal. The cash goals they set for you are unrealistic based on what the machines actually make and if you don't meet the goal be prepared to be talked down to like a 5 year old and get harassed until they realize that there is no more money that the machines could possibly make (that could be months from then). The amount of responsibility you have far exceeds your pay and you never actually earn the trust of the company or supervisors.
Machines often get switched with other machines and most of the machines that you get from other places usually come broken. It seems like they're hoping you can take out the little time you get to fix them. Because they have all the paperwork and data from truck GPS, toy machines and so-on, everything you say is a lie to them (huge issue in working a job like this). The company is also extremely indecisive about how things should operate, that's indirect punishment to the employees and management. A change for the year is good but multiple changes in a month is terrible and the employees pay for it. Lastly, when a company is losing money, you should go another direction when they say they're hiring. You may not be there long. My advice to the company, update yourselves and keep up, stop making the RSM's responsible for your failure.
