Pros
Managers and co-workers are a pleasure to work with. Overall, it is a positive work environment. Great pay and great benefits. Upper management appear to genuinely care about the future of the company and the success of its employees. The location in Winston Salem is great - located within walking distance to many restaurants etc.
Cons
As with any company, there are employees that are not happy with change.
