I have since left this company and work for a different insurance company. My life has made a complete turn around now that I work for an amazing company. Life at National General was so bad my family life suffered, I was even prescribed medication due to my extreme anxiety from working here. Money is the only thing this place cares about. You're just a number and the president of the company has no clue who you are or what you do there. The only thing consistent about management is their inconsistency. You get 4 different answers from 4 different supervisors. The systems don't work and they expect you to b/s your way through calls with customers. This whole company is shady and a revolving door.
