      Great Pay, Remote, Pension plan is pretty sweet

      Cons

      Little communication, QA reviews are all subjective. When you start off plan on working the late shift for a LONG time. Also rotating Saturdays are kinda a bummer

      Cons

      Metrics can be very difficult to achieve and there is not much grace. Promotions and raises will be effected by your metrics. Low starting salary.
