Pros
Moving up in the company is fairly straightforward . Not necessarily easy but the paths are clear and how you are measured / metrics are fairly black and white.
Cons
Just brutal work environment. Not within the company but the way the company is structured to profit as a non standard carrier ( one of the few successful ones ) leads to a lot of incredibly stressful interactions. Everything is a battle, reimbursing rental, paying claims, getting releases, clearing coverage and moving cars out of tow yard makes every single day stressful and almost every single call.
