      being able to work from home…

      Cons

      -horrible office environment, they blast music all the time “so you can learn to project your voice” - absolutely no pay until you book your own clients which can take months if they don’t do your script check out -makes you stay on zoom ALL DAY and you aren’t allowed to mute your mic or turn off your cameras at any point - you have to call potential clients off of your trainers call log that have been contacted numerous times before

      Pros

      Amazing leaders and mentors who care about my development, good work/life balance since it is a remote position, uncapped income opportunities, helping hardworking people every day. Bonuses are big and renewals are even better. The 10 year retirement path is amazing.

      Cons

      Dialing is not pleasant of course but it is the base of your success and needs to be done. Presentations can run over 2 hours sometimes but are worthwhile. Your first year and starting contract is rough in terms of compensation but after just a year the renewals make up for it.
