Pros

- Generous PTO (25 days starting) - 6% 401(k) match - Decent health insurance - Some positions offer remote/hybrid options

Cons

- Company politics can be overwhelming at times - Employees are often expected to take on additional responsibilities without compensation due to understaffing - Managers and directors can be condescending and dismissive of feedback Lack of openness to feedback or constructive criticism from managers and directors - Promotions tend to favor those who navigate internal politics well - Requests employees be vulnerable and share which may be used against you later - Pay raises are scarce, even during periods of record profits since 2018 - Management often justifies the lack of raises by citing total compensation, including benefits, which does not help with immediate expenses like groceries

Pros

Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

Cons

Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.

We recognize that diversity has historically been an issue in our industry. However, if you look at our corporate board, we're actively working to diversify and will continue to make sure we consider all aspects. We will always focus on adding the most qualified talent to all of our roles across the entire organization. If you would like to connect further regarding this, I would welcome the opportunity to talk. - Michael Veilleux, Chief People Officer
