      have really enjoyed my time. benefits are good, management is accessible and there is a culture of learning, helping, and volunteering. paid well. mid-sized private company, so there's lots of benefits to that

      Pros

      Good pay, nice people to work with but as a consultant I feel a bit on the "outside".

      Cons

      Every single person that is an Executive Vice President is a man with the only woman being the CEO's Executive Assistant. Clearly you can see there is a distinct "known" here at this company.
