Not much; they dont set expectations in the interview. It's like once you sign on, it's all a different program.
Cons
Major confusion on management direction; they have no clue, and it changes every 20 mins. One day high risk, the next day Low risk, They have a huge turnover rate. They just dont care about people, they use people.
