The biggest issue with NPL is the clear and consistent bullying culture, I've spoken with a number of people in my team alone who have been brought to tears by the utterly baffling levels of bullying and harassment present within the HR department. incompetent managers are left to their own devices to make up process that do not follow company guidelines. At my time of leaving there was an overwhelming number of grievances against management within the HR department. A number of the senior people partners don't actually seem to do anything with their time. It's all very confusing. Leaving the company was something I did not want to do but after seeing the financial issues the company was experiencing and the plummetting moral of the team ( add to this the lack of clear direction from executive level members of staff) the decision was made for me. This organization has a number of issues but to see so many people bullied at the place they come to work was shocking. Never again.
