Phenomenal benefits, team members are full of institutional knowledge; deep understanding and care for the industry and its members; development opportunities and resources. Direct managers and team really cared about my success.
Cons
If you're considering a move to this organization at this time, my advice is to reconsider. The company is currently experiencing a restructure that is painfully taking 10 months and counting to rollout, with decisions that seem to make little to no sense. There is cause for one to question the judgment of the top leader based on the recent changes. It's a strange situation right now; seriously, don't just walk away, run.
