Cons
Multiple attempts were made by team members to raise to various channels (including HR) the concerns about leadership within the Policy division, which have since gone unaddressed by HR and management. This has resulted in high turnover within the department since 2023. The inaction signals high tolerance for behaviours by one of the leaders such as frequent verbal abuse of staff, including racist remarks, gaslighting, as well as unclear and constantly changing directions which perpetuate the abusive behaviour. The leader currently remains protected in the organisation and has been rotated to another department with added portfolios.
