      It’s so awesomely easy to do

      Cons

      Management is terrible. Not allowed to have your cell phone to listen to music. While sitting at a desk making glasses. Nights are cool day shift is horrible. The people and management make the place unbearable. Pay is ok. A lot better paying jobs out here. Decent insurance is the only plus side.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
