      Pros

      Fulfilling career helping patients find glasses that work with their prescription. The free glasses once a year is awesome and the 401 is great.

      Cons

      The upper management is constantly micromanaging , to the point where no one enjoys their job anymore there is a lot of unhappy employees that work for this company.

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Cons

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
