-Managers are horrible -Managers constantly blame team for everything -Everything breaks every single day -Refuse to hire anymore people -Couple of the managers are very petty if you don't go along with everything they say -Rotating Saturday work -Managers pick favorites -Managers give preferential schedules to favorite employees -Metrics make absolutely no sense... certain employees are opted out of it for no reason -Managers will sit there and watch the team die with calls if it's super busy -Absolutely no room for growth -You get virtually no PTO until after your first year at company -Pay is pretty horrible -Very micromanaging to the point where you're supposed to answer your calls the same exact way, get dinged if you don't
