Where do I start? Worked for America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses from the very beginning of store opening in January.2012 at Clearwater location until just recently. Turnover of employees. ..very, very high. .management extremely poor with no direction or leadership. And average of 40 or more patients for one doctor each day. Patients were rushed through appointment , leaving them with the feeling of no importance and insecure about their RX. They have gone through six managers in two and a half years and five doctors...PLUS there were weeks at a time without any doctor! I was the last one to leave from the original staff...just couldn't feel good about working for this dysfunctional group of "professionals" any longer.
