They are like a family with a reason to support and understand you.I was with them for almost +1Year their work culture was very cooperative and supportive that will help you to learn and improve your knowledge, in my case I got complete support from my CEO( Mohan Nanduri ) his experience, diversity, communication is just excellent and my team mates are very cooperative, helping, well versed in there respective fields.They use latest technologies and provide you full support to learn and implement. During my stay work culture was very balance every one think about the company growth give their best support and time.I really encourage if any one want to join this company.
Cons
They keep changing their policy with short interval of time giving less time to think about it a part from this I don't find any cons in the company management.
