      Stable place if you like to be 30 + years doing the same.

      Cons

      The culture is very close and based in long term relationships Diversity is only a compliance process. Leadership does not embrace different ideas.

      Culture is great, it feels like working with family. I have a good work life balance.

      Cons

      The pay could be a lot better as the world gets more expensive our pay should reflect that.
