Pros
I haven’t had a manager I didn’t love. plenty of PTO the job itself is not hard, very easy to grasp. I have felt in the past that pay was fair until the team call handling went into play/everyone started quitting so now more is on the plates of who is still with the company
Cons
team handling of claims little to no opportunity for growth doesn’t sound like upper management hears the cries for help/ideas suggested for change when provided by those who do the job
