      Pros

      I love to work here, it's the best ESL company I have tried so far. The salary and incentives are competitive. You can apply at your own pace. They don't require you to teach full-time. You can plot your schedule anytime of the day, how many hours you like. Also, the application process was so smooth! You can pause then go back after a few days. They also don't ask you unnecessary and drilling questions during interview, no waste of time really.

      Cons

      There are times, especially if you are new, the number of bookings is low.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
