      VERY LOW PAY - Tutor Native Camp Employee Review

      Pros

      All is good but SALARY .It must be the lowest paying company on this earth.

      Cons

      1.50 USD per 25 min is a total disrespect for your teacher who teach with all their souls. Is it so hard to increase the sudden lesson payment even by a dollar more ?Honestly this is the reasons most teachers join and ghost on you.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
