      Pros

      Nice people, with lots of scientific knowledge. The office is conveniently based in the centre of London

      Cons

      People are very demotivated, the pay is extermely low, even as compared to other publishers. There is a very high staff turnover, unsurprisingly as the employees are not valued

      Great environment for a scientist to become an editor. Always reading and learning, with ample travel.

      Cons

      Pay is somewhat low and need to be comfortable staying in this position.
