      Pros

      NGI gives a lot of freedom to create. The lab work is fun and creative while having a real impact of people’s lives. It makes the work very rewarding. Management gives us what we need to get our job done. I have worked for companies where I just generated data with no impact on my day to day work. Someone else interpreted the data and I didn't get any satisfaction from my work. Here, my work directly impacts customers and I see the results. I feel like I'm making a contribution.

      Cons

      Available candy in the lobby is putting weight on me.

      Pros

      NGI is a Great place to work. Not only are you supported in your job function via all employees they also invest in sending you to classes/seminars to help in advancement. They also invest in your personal advancement/improvement - I have been offered to take classes/seminars for me. They also have a library of may books (including audio-which are great to listen to when in the car), CD's, DVD's, etc. I left to move on to other paths in my life. I would recommend this company to others to work there.

      Cons

      Employee base is small - like to have more employees to socialize with.
