- Awesome perks - Fun culture - Fast-growing startup - Really great to be part of this growth. - Really interesting product that is forward-thinking and innovative

Cons

- Poorly managed HRIS system that communicated fear and micromanagement to employees - Middle managers are not involved in getting to you know or taking their time to communicate misunderstanding to you - Subtle environment of fear of stepping on someone's toes. Management often show passive-aggressiveness rather than confronting you about your issues - Environment not incredibly friendly and inclusive to new people, especially those who are early in their career - Sales department was extremely competitive and cut-throat. Felt more like competition rather than supportive team work.
