      From the day I started at this company, upper management as well as colleagues have done nothing but support me in development and in achieving career goals. I was able to grow within the company from being a part of the Support Team to managing the Support Team through their guidance and support. Navatar provides a very encouraging and connective work culture.

      Pros

      I joined just over three years ago to run a single territory in Europe. Over this time I have had accelerated growth to now be moving into running an inside sales team globally. This is no small part to the excellent training & coaching I have received from the Global Sales Director since joining and the amazing track record for promoting within, with half of all management roles coming from internal career progression. We are on track and trending upwards in terms of deals, revenue & market share and ready to continue the push into FY22.

      Navatar management team have worked very hard over the past 18 months to move the company forward and eradicate any issues
