Pros
If you're from the UK you're hired as an independent contractor rather than a PAYE employee. As long as you hit your targets and communicate well with them you're pretty much left to your own devices and to self manage. Great if you're a go getter and don't need a lot of leadership. They treat their people well. There may be room to move up within the company. Small workforce, so your voice will be heard... Whether or it will be listened to is a completely different question. Colleagues generally work well together. The CEO recognises achievements at all levels. Flexible working hours. They offer 40hours a week positions. What those hours are is up for negotiation .
Cons
There isn't any structure to the onboarding process, meaning new starters can feel lost. There isn't any structured training, this isn't a role for those who aren't already experienced in Telesales / CRM . The company has a lack of direction (in my opinion). There is a focus on product development with ARMA storage solution, but to what purpose wasn't shared with the team. Profit goals / market share goals / customer satisfaction goals / product functionality goals etc... It was hard to work out if there were any. Working for Naverisk felt more like just getting on with the day to day rather than being part of a team working towards a common goal. There is NO COMPANY CULTURE. The team is a mixture of remote workers and workers in virtual offices (WeWork). Communication happens on Slack / Outlook / MS Teams. Everything is kept strictly professional with no effort to encourage or promote any kind of company culture.
