      Can't really think of any.

      Cons

      The culture is very finger pointing, ego driven. The doctors whine about everything. The company rips off its other industry partners technology. They will force you to lie in your reports if the client results don't make the company look literally great.

      Great benefits such as supervision and training. Competitive salaries. Company culture. Leadership vision. Excellent service for the clients/patients of the programs. Constant growth means more exciting work and new and fresh ideas are regularly validated. Career pathways. Job flexibility and hybrid-style work.

      Caseloads and performance-based metrics are quite high.
