Pros

Remote work and good people.

Cons

This company is not a good place for your mental health, the company always wants more and more and more from you, but gives you nothing in return. Pretty sure that majority of people who works in this company is unhappy, there is no raises, fake promotions where they increase your salary by 5%, They fire people and don't hire any replacements, The people who stay needs to work triple to compensate and still no raises. Leadership seems to be lost and are never hold accountable for their mistakes, They expect you to work outside work hours on AI projects for the company so they can say they are powered by AI. Disappointing, this company had such a potential. but is just a matter of time until the most talented people of the company starts leaving and all will crumble.

Pros

Remote work, colleagues are supportive, helpful, and easy to work with.

Cons

There is a noticeable lack of job security, as the company has gone through multiple rounds of redundancies. Management direction can sometimes feel inconsistent, with priorities shifting frequently. At times, senior management appears to become involved in lower-level business functions, including engineering practices, which can affect team autonomy and delivery. Compensation is below market rate, and there does not appear to be a regular annual salary review process.

Pros

There’s a lot of trust and freedom in how you work. You get plenty of space to make decisions, take initiative, and suggest new tools or ways of doing things. The company genuinely wants to build a strong culture — the People team puts effort into trainings that help managers grow as leaders and give better feedback. There’s also a clear focus on developing people and supporting those who want to improve in certain areas. The flexibility’s a big plus too — being able to work from abroad and spend time with family or your partner while keeping things running smoothly is awesome.

Cons

Sometimes it feels like the main focus is on hitting revenue targets (which is fair for a startup), but it can create quite a bit of pressure. Also, salary increases seem to happen more often in product and sales, which can feel a bit uneven across teams.
