Pros
Provides lots of support to learn new things, and opportunities to explore new things that might benefit the company. Lots of responsibility and flexibility to deliver. They are very outcome focussed.
Cons
Solving really challenging problems in the FSI space and working with very large clients. Impressive for a startup their age, which requires good execution. I'm impressed with how they are growing at the moment
