Extremely unprofessional and toxic work environment. Had to resign due to manager trying to control my personal space and micromanaging. No set KPIs for performance tracking. Promotions and bonuses are given based on how much manager likes you and not on your work ethic and quality. Zero flexibility. Management style is old fashioned and outdated. Call themselves an innovative company but have outdated systems in place.
