I joined this organization through an acquisition and genuinely wasn't certain what the path forward would look like. What followed has exceeded my expectations in every way imaginable. I have transitioned across functions, expanded my scope significantly, and grown from individual contributor to leading a team and owning an enterprise technology portfolio. To see this organization continue to grow and scale has been an absolute joy to watch and be a part of. When I first came to Ncontracts I did not understand the value that I brought to the team, or the value of the work I was doing. Over the next few years I understood that I was an asset to the company and that my contributions didn't go unnoticed. I have worn many hats since joining and am humbled that I can continue to grow, take on more responsibility, and be a trusted resource within the organization. I have been promoted, built programs and infrastructure from the ground up, and earned a seat at the table with senior leadership. The company did not hand me those opportunities -- but the culture here made them possible. What excites me most right now is the work we are doing at the intersection of technology, data, and go-to-market strategy. The tools and programs we are building today are genuinely innovative for our space and the impact is measurable and real. That kind of enthusiasm a decade in is not something I take for granted.
