Pros
Good pay and good benefits for doing your job well. Great system for picking up extra shifts and you're rewarded with extra uniform allowance if you take on a lot more in a month.
Cons
Next are very big on customer service so you have to be alert and ready at all times which can be exhausting. Busy periods come and go, so if you're on a shift when its dead you'll get quite bored. Not many negatives, would definitely recommend next as a great employer.
